Brit has appointed the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) former consumer insight associate Wayne Page as head of Inclusion and Diversity (I&D).
He will report to Shane Kingston, CRO and chief actuary and Brit’s I&D sponsor.
Page will advise across the group on D&I matters, alongside developing and implementing strategic policies, practices and action plans.
Brit said that Page has a strong background in diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and belonging, having worked for the past five years in a range of roles to develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies.
Page has also undertaken various charitable positions including as a D&I adviser role at Business In The Community. He was previously with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing where he worked to provide D&I strategy advice and delivery.
In addition, Page worked for eight years for the FCA as a regulatory supervisor prior to his D&I work, overseeing regulation for a number of large insurance firms.
